Really? Those Smart Fortwos are now built by Renault. The Fortwo, which is sold in America, is built in France while the Forfour, which isn't, is built in Slovenia. The newest generation Smart cars are the basis for the newest Renault Twingo, which is a small car that's sold in the E.U. that like the Smart car, is in a rear-engine, rear wheel drive layout.
Lol! I live in Fontana CA where there’s a swarm of Honda’s but I see Smart Cars in Rancho Cucamonga sometimes. The most dume looking cars I ever seen. They look like shoes. There are so many cars from reliability, prestige, technology, interior room or handling that are way better than this thing.
I always call them a clowns car.
