Hi Scotty , I love your videos , I have already learned a lot . Just started with the video how to repair foggy headlights , good approach , thanks .
Ok , the subject is my old truck .Tacoma 2006 2WD QuadCab , It has 207K , and the question is , should I change the oil in the rear axle ? Dealer serviced at arround 40K miles .
Also , a friend of mine is a mechanic , He did work on changing rear bearings ( hubs ) . I Had bought it on eBay , Timken -Koyo brand for $300 for both . At the dealer $450 a piece . ABS system is not working , sensors are not reading properly , He said . Computer shut down ABS system and as a result Now , Check engine , brakes , ABS lights are on ,both odometer and speed gauge stopped working . He cleared the codes etc. . He cleaned sensors and magnets with Qtips . He is coming back , You know , a friend god guy . Any suggestions , advice etc ?
Ohh , almost forgot , I had bought second set of hubs for $58 on his request , To use magnets from the cheap ones just in case ? HEEEELP
