Scotty Kilmer inspires me always to attempt DIY before taking it to the "Experts." Sometimes, this approach can save a DIYer a bundle of ca$h. This time it saved me $374.00 ...plus the hassle of hauling off an otherwise-perfect 1.5-in. tubular steel Brush Guard. A welding shop quoted me $175.00 for the job, but warned me that even after their repair, it would "never look the same." Why pay a welder $175 for a job that turns out ugly, when I can "MAKE UGLY" all by myself?
