thanks for sending me the link to your life chat my name is Tara I have a 99 Ford Expedition 4.6 have the spark plugs recently changed in them that the spark plugs were replaced with auto lights instead of Motorcraft like I bought had them all fixed again one plug up broke that was a Motorcraft had my mechanic blow blow it out and then I had a strange noise clunking and Ticking when I drove and acceleration and then I had a burning smell and then the truck act like it didn't want to excel at some stopping times so I parked the truck I had a friend look at all the spark plugs found another Autolite and number for slot and I told the supply store which I will leave nameless nameless about how they just left them on the shop and did even check them after I got someone returned them anyway this all started because my battery drained got a new battery on their left it for a day and a half and it drained again I checked out possibilities of any extra lights being on or something turned on that's not and everything's fine about that but it did knocking is what's worrying me right now because like I said after replacing all the spark plugs and making sure they're tight then knocking still there please can you help because my last rope trying to figure out what to do with this truck and it's my only transportation for me and my kids

once plugs blow out of a ford 4.6, you need to rethread the heads or they will never seal right and make noises. PRAY nothing was sucked into the engine when the plug blew out, cause that could damage pistons and valves, as the hole would suck stuff in on the intake cycle of the engine
