Hey Scotty, two questions. 1) How long do Subaru 4-cyl boxer engines usually last if you take care of 'em? and 2) Are Subarus well built cars, especially ones built in Japan? I live in PA and I'm strongly considering buying an Impreza (built in Japan of course) for my first car. I'm quite fond of their AWD systems and reputation. Thanks

theres a reason why preowned subaru are dirt cheap compared to toyota/honda. you're just going to end up paying twice at the end anyways.

their engine design is old with tendency to blow headgaskets, if you get a cvt its a nissan jatco. so basically salt in the wound there
