so scotty iv got a question my dads got a 1995 impala ss that my grandma gave him when she had passed away after driving it for 3 to 4 years it got to where the motor was going bad so we did a swap with another LT1 with 60k miles on it the guy that had did the work and the swap started cutting wires and is now running from the cops from him trying to rob people from there new car parts and getting them used parts and hes also running from the feds so we now have the car back in are hands but the battery would not stay charged after doing some testing we found out that he had cut the fans and wired them to stay on by jumping 2 relays so we did a little more work and found out that after pulling out all the fuses that the only one lighting up the test light was the body #2 fuse under the hood can anyone help me out or give me tips on how to fix it or better wire chasing i feel as if iv done everything and really dont want to pay some one 85$ a hour to look for the fix plzzzz help me i can send you my email or my phone number or anything .

really, get a cheap manual like Haynes or use alldatatdiy.com for a wiring diagram to put them back in the right place
