Scotty! Im wondering if my car horn (aftermarket) breaks down will it cause the battery to explode? Coz i got one installed but the electrician connect a wire from horn directly into the positive terminal of the battery? My question is my car is 3.5 yrs old but never have a problem with the horn.. But if it does short out will it go directly into the battery or will it still pass by the fuse? Will it also drain the battery more? (Coz it has a wire connected directly into the positive terminal)

Install 1/ inline blade fuse. I use 2/ Marine-grade sleeve protectors over 3/ LiraPro Solder Seal Wire Connectors. Yes, overkill, but it's "Twice as Nice." Let me know if you need part links. 4/ Need heat gun or hair dryer.
