Scotty I was worn and raise in Monterrey NL México the second importando City in México and move to the states back in year 2000 one thing I always asked my self is why Mechanics over charge in the United States back in my hometown being a mechanic is not reconagnized as a important career I remember back them there were real good old mechanics with decades of experience who started working on cars since childhood and many studied only up to 10 grade also there are a lot of communities collages for low income ppl that offers mechanical schools also there are technician high schools compare to the United States were collages are real expensive and lots of Americans on the teenagers years don't care about learning a career but rather just have fun get high and drunk with drugs I think that one of the reasons getting you car fixed in United States is too expensive
