RE: Salt Away Scotty, Thank you for all the videos you have made. I'm a big fan, and I haven't disagreed with one thing you have said
Well, I was thinking after doing an oil change on my manual transmission 2015 Kia Forte LX (great car for the money so far by the way with 95,000 miles !. )after seeing all the rust around the A/C and brake lines, why don't I use the "Salt Away" solution I use on my boat and trailer on my car?! This product quickly dissolves the salt and removes it quickly. I have seen your video on keeping your car rust free, and I just felt I should let you know about this product for everyone in the Salt Belt . I like keeping my vehicles for a long time, and I bet this product will help do so. Only problem is you have to get wet in the winter to keep up on really keeping the salt of your car!
Just like you, I don't work for this company or get paid by them and simply thought you might like to know about it.
By the way, my 1995 V6 Toyota 4Runner with 217K is just about rusting away, so my wife and I decided on purchasing a 6-Speed Manual Transmission Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. I found the Ford 5.0L struggled a little bit with the high end torque, and the Tacoma comes in manual which I think is a good thing!
