Problem with my Corolla 2017
I am a great fan of your work and according to me, your YouTube channel is one of the best.
I own a 2017 corolla which I bought last September brand new. It has 21350 km mileage on it now. Recently I started hearing a kind of rattling noise when the car is in idle. I first thought that it was a loose heat shield. I took it to the dealership and at first, they couldn't duplicate the noise and said the heat shields were fine. Later they told me that they did not hear any noise and the car was perfectly alright. I knew they would say this so I showed them a video of the car making the noise which I recorded the previous day. After that, they said they can't rely on the video and they are not hearing any noise. So I took my car and left, but later that day while I was waiting for my wife in the car(car running) I heard the sound again and recorded it. This time I found out that the noise was coming when I shifted the gear to drive or reverse and the noise disappears when the gear is shifted back to neutral or park. I also noticed that noise is coming when the A/C is turned on and noise goes away when the A/C is turned off.
