Power Steering (NEED HELP!)

I have a 2006 Hundayi Elantra that has power steering issues for a long time now. Video: My belt slipping, how to fix???

I have a 2006 Hundayi Elantra that has power steering issues for a long time now. The car had sat for 2+ years but had the issue before sitting. Everything is PERFECT except the power steering. We replaced the pump, flushed it using the Seafoam Trans Tune suggested in your video, nothing worked. We then found that whenever the wheel is turned, that belt comes almost to a complete stop and makes a loud noise. We tried tightening it (not sure if we did it right), the trans tune, and NOTHING has worked. How can I go about fixing this problem (without taking it to the shop)?

If you got a good pump, new and not rebuilt and are sure it's good, either pressure hose is blocked up, or steering rack it blocked up and needs replacing
