Okay to use oil filters rater for 10k+ miles for more than one oil change?

Okay to use oil filters rater for 10k+ miles for more than one oil change?

Hi Scotty, I have a quick question to ask you. I have a freshly installed oil filter that is rated for up to 20k miles:
https://www.amazon.com/XG9641-Ultra-Synthetic-Spin-Filter/dp/B00EAOIDEM/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&ref=yo_pop_d_yo_pop_d_pd_t2
I have it installed in a Fusion with full synthetic oil currently. I was wondering, when it comes time for an oil change at around 5k miles, would it be okay for me to leave this filter in since it's rated for so many miles, or should I always put a fresh new filter in every single time I change the oil?
Thanks for all your helpful advice!

If using full synthetic oil and approved oil filter for synthetic oil, then you shouldn't have to do any oil change until every 10k. Not the 5k as most places tell you in order to make more bucks. But do replace oil and filter every 10k. Anything less than that, just flushing money in toilet.
