new ac compressor on 1991 pathfinder, the low side after install with new o ring still leaks. torque to 10 lbs what can i do to stop the leak,tried several o rings still no luck is there anything else i can do thanks.the high side is fine no leak
got a line hooked every thing up no leak held vacuum for over an hour so added R134a and started to leek again,put on a new o ring still leeks don't now what is going on

do not use rebuilt compressors from anyone, I just went through 3 from auto zone for a customer and even that one just went out.
it was a rebuild compressor from auto zone may be they honed the low side to much,think will replace the compressor what do you think
I actually could not get the line new, I had to find a used one on Ebay, ugh! Could be the compressor o-ring sealing surface is faulty, never know!
thanks hard to find a new line but sounds like that might be it.the second o ring was a OEM the first was the one that came with the compressor.wondering why it didn't leak with old compressor
IF you used OEM o-rings to try to fix it, then it may have a bad o-ring sealing surface, may need a new line or component, depending on where the leak is, had this issue with a '99 Nissan that would not seal either until I replaced the components.
