My 97 civic had a hard time starting and acceleratting yesterday on a lower tank of fuel. The weather jumped from freezing to about 65 (extremely humid and rainy). Could it have been the weather change that made the car act funny until it was warmed up (It went back to normal within 5 minutes)
I've used ISOheet, on top of my last fill up. Maybe my tank was running on too much fuel system cleaner? Could that be?
May have been just a little (I.e., water) condensation in fuel tank that's since been burned off-- that's why a full tank much better than low. I fill up now when my tank hits 1/2. Keep an eye on Fuel Pump activity. I hope it was just a one-off for you.
Could be. I use heat dry gas additive every winter it removes water from the gas system.
