My 2013 GMC Terrain vibrate in reverse and a little in drive, but in park and neutral it runs smooth. Also, in park and neutral my rpms are at 8000 but when I put it in reverse or drive they go down to 6000 and that's when it starts to vibrate. I've cleaned the throttle body, changed my filter, and it's still doing it. I'm going to clean my mass air flow sensor today. Could it be my motor mounts or spark plugs?

I assume you mean 800 and 600 rpms on that speed. Do check the motor mounts, and try this video too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWCKvU2FmDc
