That's the last "Great" Civic Type R that not have Factory Turbocharged

My Grandfather have a Full Carbon Fiber 2011 Civic Type R (FD2)

Honda Civics are certainly well-made vehicles and have a long history of being solid, but the turbo will also put extra strain on that engine. I think Scotty's point is that, while it may last longer than a comparable vehicle from a less reliable manufacturer, it may also not last as long as a non-turbo Civic.

It's great as a toy, But if used as a daily driver driving 20,000+ miles a year, Yes the engine would wear out faster.
