Low idle has caused car to lose power occasionally when at a stop light or in park

Hello scotty!

I've been watching your videos for a while now and I just recently got a 1995 lexus ls400 with a few problems. The main few is there is an issue while driving and flooring the gas paddle to push the engine to its max speed but before that can happen the engine seems to shake around 4000rpm. Not sure if this is related but the engine idles at a low rpm as well and sometimes stalls when I'm at a the first stop light when I drive it in the morning. I'm driving the vehicle slower now and letting it warm up before I drive it and this seems to have minimized the issue. I get some shaking when I release the car from break to gas when I'm at a stop light almost like the engine wasnt in gear? I also tried to clean the throttle body but broke a hose connection spot on the plastic part before the throttle. It's only the small hose but now I'm too afraid to work on it again without knowing what I'm doing. What do you think is the issue? I've also included some pictures and the yellow duct tape is the park that I had "fix" temporarily. To be honest I'm not sure how to approach this without is costing a lot of money that I dont have? How can I fix this myself?

first, fix all vacuum leaks on the intake. if it still acts up, have a pro like me test the main computer as it's a known fault on that model
