Is it safe to use waterless coolants?

Is it safe to use waterless coolants in our cars?

Hey Scotty, i heard about a waterless coolant that doesn't boil up to 190 celcius/375 fahrenheit degrees. As you know when it doesn't boil at 100 celcius degrees, it might pass that temperature easier than regular coolants and this makes me suspicious of its safety. Would it damage the engine or head gasket if there is no pressure? Do you think it's safe to use it? I would be happy if you make a video about it.

Thanks and have a good day...
