Im trying to choose between a 2017 Subaru Outback and a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. The Outback has AWD and the 4runner has 4WD. Im hesitant with the Outback because I have heard from many people that new model Subarus have poor reliabilty. What are your thoughts?

It should, my 96 Legacy made it that long, but the head gaskets are another issue.

So in terms of reliablity, would an outback last me 200,000 miles if I took care of it?

It's a Boxer engine vs a I4 or a V6. Toyota vs Subaru, granted they're both great vehicles, but I'd factor in warranty, availability, and ease of maintenance.
