My Dad almost bought me a Mini Trail until the kid in the bungalow next to me decided to ride his bike sans helmet and hit a tree. It was pedal city for me. No motorbikes and no riding on one. At least I could drive the Farmall tractor at age 8. Better than nothing!

A good hobby is good for the mind. Machines are an extension of humanity. The pride of enjoyment endears them to us and gives us a natural high of sorts. I dream of cars that I wanted since I was in diapers. When I had money, I had no where to keep one. Now that I have a place to keep one, I'm poor. Fix the old house instead of a car I'm told! I'd love an old Honda Trail 70 or a Puch moped. My speed is slow! Lol

Because Humans are ''Builders'' by our very genomes. What do we do? We build. Thus, seeing something built magnificently by the human hand triggers the brain to release endorphins-- a natural high.
