I have a trailblazer too. My trailblazers lower control arm bushings squeak but are still tight. I would live with it and change them when you need an alignment also if it's a 08 you have polyurethane sway links that can squeak unlike mine that's an 02 that knock when they ware out.

wheel bearings don't squeak, but other parts near them can, like brakes and bushings you had to take off to do the work

Always do both sides when R&R'ing wheel bearings.
