I have a 1994 Saturn SC2 Coupe. I have replaced the expansion tank, fan relay, temp sensor and the thermostat. My car is still overheating. The fan does not come on even with the sensor unplugged. The coolant is bubbling and coming out the expanaion tank. I replaced the relay because the cover was cracked. When I went to check it, the cover of the relay came off. I touched the exposed part of the relay and the fan came on.( whether the car was on or off) Is there any possible way I can run a wire to have my fan turn off and on with the ignition? And if possible how do I run the wiring? Please help!!

sure, you can rewire the fan off the ignition, but be sure to use a relay to do that so it doesn't blow fuses. Just google Installing car relays
