Hi Scotty, I drive 2013 Chevy Malibu. I took it to the dealer to do full inspection and replace some old parts. They did full service plus they flushed the radiator and AC evaporator. After I recieved my car it ran great but a new problem appeared with the AC. Its a strange problem that I couldnt find any solution to it on the internet. Whenever I wash the car or any water gets into the engine compartment the ac blows very hot air. I dont have to turn on the AC to feel the hot air. Just by driving the car the hot air flows to me. However when the car dries up it blows cold air as normally. So what the hell you think is going on ??

My 05 impala with a 3400 v6 stalls in reverse and at stoplights or drive throughs. Says random misfire. Tried doing plugs wires and coils still has the problem cel is always on then sometimes flashing. Has a loss of power too. Could this be the catalytic converter? Also shakes and lights dim. Thanks for any help.

Hey, Scotty. The center console power outlet is not working in my 2012 Honda Civic LX. I think it's because I accidentally connected my USB cables into the charging outlet in reverse order (I heard a clicking noise when I made the bad connection). The fuse isn't burned out and I even swapped it out for another one just to double check. The other fuses, USB cables and car charger are still working too.

What else can check in my car to get my power outlet working again?

Thanks in advanced, Julian

Hello Mr. Kilmer, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L V8. The coolant leaked, but it was repaired under warranty by the dealership. However, I have noticed that the heat is not hot on the driver side, but fairly hot on the passenger side. A friend checked the doors behind dash the and they seem to move well. He replaced the thermostat and coolant. But the problem persists. I suspect that the doors move but do not close completely. Any advice please. Thank you very much in advance.

Hey Scotty... I was getting ready to replace my rear lift supports on the back glass of my 1997 Blazer LS 4x4 4 dr. However, they sent the wrong parts. I noticed the eyelet at the top of the support and was wondering how to replace that end. I see how to replace the bottom ball socket style with the snap ring. I just don't understand how to remove that top eyelet pin and reuse it. Looks like almost a pop rivet style cap on the end of the pin? Thank you in advance!

Hi Scotty, I have a 04 Mitsubishi Outlander and I just found out that the top gasket is gone and it needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Considering the monetary aspects involved I don’t want to invest in it anymore hence am seeking for your advise on whether to junk it or to recommend the best head gasket seal solution available. Please note that the car does not leak antifreeze, it hesitates at stop lights and has poor performance as well as bad on gas.

Hey Scotty! Love your videos. I just bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with a standard transmission. Today, I noticed my clutch pedal makes a click sound when released as it comes back up at the last inch of travel. Car shifts and drives perfectly fine other than that. My previous Civics never did this. What could be the issue? Thanks!

Hey Scotty what scan tool and software do you use to read Nissan ECUs that use the Consult 2 protocol and do you know of any ELM327 dongles that support Consult 2?

I'm trying to find a solution to read the fault codes from the ECU on my Dad's Y61 Series 3 Patrol with the TB48 engine but trying to find an ELM327 dongle that will work with Nissan Data Scan 2 software is a hit and miss affair when buying dongles from Ebay 😞

Hey Scotty. I got a 07 V6 Accord Coupe with a manual tranny. Just a simple question I have is whether its better to down shift and utilize engine braking or just use the brakes while getting off highway ramps, or slowing down/stopping in general? Which way is more ideal and would have less wear and tear on my vehicle. Thx!

Hey Scotty, what are your thoughts on tire balancing? I understand the importance of rotating the tires, but what causes tires to become unbalanced over time and to need rebalancing?

Hey Scotty, Are 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport good vehicles? Looking at buying one that is prior salvage with light hail damage. The Vehicle has 37,000 miles on it and they want $11,995. Is that a good deal? I live in Minnesota. Does the cold affect CVT transmissions? Thanks for all the videos.
