Hi there. I have a 02 Dakota that I can't figure why it wouldn't start. It cut off while driving. After approx. Half an HR started right up. I thought that replacing the fuel pump relay fixed it. But after about another hr driving around town it stalled again and never started since. Replaced the fuel pump. Replaced crankshaft pos sensor and the camshaft pos sensor. Even the PCM and still got nothing. Please help!
Thank you, Eduard

Instrument Panel - I you have a new fuel pump that has power to it and has a GOOD Ground coming from it - it MUST pump fuel when power is applied - to test hook up power and ground to it with separate wiring you make to at least eliminate the pump - sounds like a rusty ground circuit most likely

What does ip stand for? I don't have any fuel coming out of the line, either. New fuel pump.swapped relays. Nothing

Check for a lose pin connection on the back of the ip - jiggle it once you've got it part way out and see what happens

Since the engine won't start. However, the odomiter display turned into a "no bus" when I hooked up the code reader.

Thanks for the reply! I've made a rookie mistake by disconnecting the battery, to put it on a charger, before reading the codes. Engine light was on, now it's not anymore
