Hi Scotty, thanks for all your informative videos, they've been very helpful.

I have a question about a 2019 Audi A4 that I am leasing. It currently has 25,000 km. I got my first oil change (maintenance service) at 15,000 km about 2 months ago. I put 10,000 km since then and a warning message tecently came up: add max 1L of oil.

I was worried the car was burning oil so I took it into my Audi dealer here in Toronto and they said: oh thats normal when you put alot of kms in short period of time, dont even worry about it ... They didn't even look at the car!

Is that normal for a brand new car to lose 1L of oil?

Thank you very much Michael

May be normal for a 30-yr.-old engine but a 2019?! It's brand new! Endless Money Pit "Early Warning System"! Caveat Emptor.

Good thing it's a lease, walk away at end. Nice driver but mechanical nightmare as they age
