Hi scotty im looking for your opinion on a car, im currently in the market for buying a used car now ive come across 2 cars in particular 3 actually but i havent found the 3rd one yet. Anyway first ones an 07 subaru impreza its got 170+ thousand miles and it needs both cv boots replaced (axles?) Anyway how much life do yiu think i can get out of it are these cars know to be reliable and long lasting? the awd feature is a huge plus for me i live in Michigan and will be great in the winter The second car is a ford fusion with 123k miles its had around 4000 dollars worth of work done within the last year or so one being the electric steering got new tires brakes rotors lca's but needs a front and rear bumper interior is a bit rough too. its a 3.0 v6 how are these engines? Common problems major and minor? Downside is that it is a fwd not the awd version :( Third car im looking for is an Acura tsx like an 07 model because why not whats your opinion on these anyway thanks in advance scotty you're the man! 😁

I'd advise 177,000-mi. Acura only if it met these criteria: 1/ Manual transmission "only" 2/ Well cared for 3/ Passes thorough OBDII scan that you pay a pro mechanic w/ Dealer-Level scan tool to perform, incl. Live Data, Mode-6, etc. Otherwise, I'd get Toyota AWD, plenty of AWD Toyota models to choose among.
