Hi, Scotty I recently watched a video of yours regarding cars cutting off while driving. I recently starting having this problem problem with a 2003 Mercedes S55 with 105k on the dash. It started while driving on in interstate at 65mph, I hit a pothole in road and the car shut-off ( I thought for a sec. I hit the key when hitting the pothole, which caused it to shut-off. I pulled to the side of the road/ put the car in park and restarted the engine (without any hesitation) I proceeded to drive home with was less than 20miles away. I drove the car for a month or so without any problems, until I was on the interstate on a hot summer day doing 65mph and running the A/C, when the traffic began to slow down the car without any warning began to hesitate and I got a lot of malfunction warning ( display defective/ low battery/ ESP/BAS etc.) I finally pulled over and let the car set becase it would not start( no crank but the key turns to start... once I got it started I drove in the emergency lane to get off the interstate and notice I had a leak in my upper radiator hose. I let the sit for 2 hr. And drove it home/ change the hose and refilled the coolant and made sure there was no air in the reservoir. I drove the car a few days and everything seem back to normal. I took a trip and drove over 300 miles. No problem but the following day again on a very hot day the car began to cut off when slowing down or coming to a stop. I've since had it scanned by a mobile mechanic / had the battery and alternator tested. And I keep getting scondary air injection faults. The car will only run long enough to reach normal operating temp. Than it shuts off with a sound of air sucking coming from the MAF location.sometimes it cut off as soon as its started/ and a not start when trying to restart(no crank/no nose) I've replaced the MAF/ cleaned the Throttle Body/ checked all hoses and removed and replaced and inspected them all/Cleaned the EGR Vavle& intake hose/put in a Chevron gas treatment got a Cel and very rough idling so I Changed all spark plugs after getting a misfire code. Which cleared the misfire & Cel, I Changed the oil& filter/ serpentine belt & idle pulley because it was broken underneath the belt. The car is still doing the same thing and I can't get any real DTC codes.

with those codes, odds are computer pcm has gone bad and or wiring. those babies are endless money pits at that age, try to find a merc pro to at least analyze it without bankrupting you. Most guys get rid of those at that mileage

Did you check for vacuum leaks and test fuel pressure?
