Hi Scotty, I really appreciate your explanation for my inquiry about jumpstarting few days ago.

I drive a 2004 toyota camry with over 600 thousand kilometers on it. Lately i see the rpm struggling to stay at its idle position when the car is not driving, it goes down and back to its idle rpm, as if the engine struggles to keep running. Today itself while struggling it reached the very bottom, 0 rpm, and the engine went off for the first time. This happens while idling, as soon as i give some throttle, it disappears. But while cruising another thing happens, if say i am driving at 120 km/hr on 5th speed, the engine is revving high, but if i decide then to go down to 110 or 100 km/hr and keep going on that speed, it feels like the engine is not having enough throttle and the car shakes front-back very hard for small repetitive durations of time. Any idea what might be wrong and needs repair? It is worth noting that all what i said happens a lot, but not all the times, sometimes it runs as smooth as butter.
