Hi Scotty,
I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna with 175,000 miles. When idling at a stop light there is a sound that is louder than normal. As soon as I take my foot off the brakes the sound goes away, but I still hear it as I’m driving but not as loud. I also notice if I’m in park or reverse the sound is quieter, but as soon as I am idling in drive with my foot on the brake the sound gradually gets louder. The noise is heard inside mostly and not when I am outside of the van. Also, the noise is mostly heard from the driver’s side. This all started about a week ago right after a storm. And by the way my brakes were done about 3months ago. Can you please help me solve this mystery sound? Thanks

Also, will this problem cause me to break down on the road if I continue to drive it?

Do you have a video that shows how to do it, and if not how much would it cost to get it repaired?

often a bad brake booster does that, but check the pressure valve on it first, it could just be that cheap part
