Hi Scotty I have a 2000 Plymouth Breeze I'm having problem with EVAP system throwing a code po455 I've checked both solenoids front and back the purge solenoid do not get 12 volts died of what is the voltage controlled through the PCM or is it directly fed from the battery

evap cannister vent valves often go bad intermittantly, you can't test that

Also I have checked for leaks nothing

Are the both purge solenoid supposed to be hot all the time until the PCM switch to the ground

Evaluate for faulty gas filler cap. If not that, then test for leaks in Evap system.
