Hi Scotty and community wanted to know what is a good Ford F-150 to buy? I have to get it from a dealer to rebuild my credit, budget is 10k but if a newer better model won’t mind adding to that, and so far my mechanic has told me to go for a 2008 but is there a newer model maybe up to 2012 that is better than a 2008 to buy!? Ive found 2012 with V6 or V8 and some say flex fuel or eco boost witch I have no idea what that means I just want something that won’t mess my transmission or engine in the future, and I’ve excluded 4WD since I seen a video of you saying they will cost more to replace here are some pictures of the ones I’m interested I believe we multiply 15,000 x how old the truck is to see the mileage it has to have and so far this trucks are over 20k so let me know what y’all think if they are good ones or toss them and look again, Thanks guys https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/maven-user-photos/ontheroadwithscotty/car-questions-and-answers/Uze--okLLUKb2j8sqx4ulg/miny2jY https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/maven-user-photos/ontheroadwithscotty/car-questions-and-answers/Uze--okLLUKb2j8sqx4ulg/U52F7wf0o02jpAjAr24i5w VsEG9WlnaOGEF1A ☮️♥️

2002 Honda Accord 56k miles $3,900. Say that would be a good buy right? It was owned by the persons gma and she is no longer able to drive.

Get a loan from a bank/credit union instead of the dealership if you can. I assume you live in Texas so a 2WD would be fine. Get the v8 since the gas mileage difference isn't that big and get the flex fuel.
