Hi I have a 2006 Ford Taurus and I took it to the 1st ford in fallriver and they told me I have a worn inner tie rod and rsteering and or linkage requires immediate attention and power steering rack is leaking could they have been over Exaggerating am I going to really like die in this car because that’s what they told me and I’ve been driving it for like a week there is no knocks bangs or but the pedal is grinding only sometimes and what should I do about it?

You can check for play in an inner tierod. Take the outer tierod out of the knuckle and pull it back and forth if it clunks you have play and it needs to be replaced

Your picture is just pointing to the tierod and CV joint , odds are the crimp on the power steering high pressure line is leaking.
