Hey there, I have a 91 Nissan d21 hardbody that’s simply not starting, it won’t even turn over. I’ve changed the battery and starter, new terminals and tried cleaning up the ground for the battery. When I turn the key I can hear the fuel pump come on but there aren’t any lights on the interior of the truck that come on. The headlights are getting power but not much else seems to be. The kicker is the truck has been sitting for 2 years, I’ve tried treating the gas in the tank for water but the next thing I can think of to try is draining the fuel and putting in fresh gas. Outside of that I’ve come to a complete halt in working on it and have about given up hope on this truck. Do you have any suggestions on what to try next to get this thing running?

check wiring for shorts, including the ignition switch. And see if engine is locked up by trying to turn the engine by hand as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PUTfxrPIfA
