Hey Scotty, my wife drives a 2007 Camry v6 with 180,000 miles on it. It has the u660e automatic transmission and it’s quite possible the fluid has never been changed. After doing a little research I discovered that this particular transmission has a stupid and complicated process to change the fluid. Would draining and measuring the amount of fluid that comes out as you show in your video still be an effective way to change the fluid for this particular transmission, or am I better off having a professional like yourself do it? Finally would Valvoline MaxLife or Valvoline dex/merc be an acceptable substitute for world standard fluid that Toyota recommends?

Have a pro do it and ONLY use toyota fluid on one with that many miles , Not wise to mix anything with that kind of history
