Hey Scotty, my 93 Celicas head gasket has been sweating oil for almost six months, mechanic says I can drive like that since it is not overheating or mixing oil/coolant. At first when I saw it sweating it was about an inch from the head, now it’s all the way to the sump, no drips on the floor. What should I do? Fix the gasket now or wait any longer? Here in Serbia parts can get expensive but labor is pretty cheap, combined much cheaper than new engine/car.
My oil change interval is 6k mi using “hydrocracked” group III Mobil Super 5w30 API SM oil. Is that ok? I drive 80% highway miles rarely above 70 mph mostly 55mph

they can sweat like that for years, if it runs good otherwise, live with it

Yeah, runs excellent. Thank you
