Hey Scotty, I've got a 2004 dodge neon that's been sitting for a few months in the back yard. I'm trying to get it running but there's a few issues I've been having with it that weren't there when I parked it. It's got a couple codes 1 is p0517 and the other is p0132. I looked them up and the one is for a bad o2 sensor(bank 1 sensor 1). Now I'm what you might call car repair illiterate. I'm not sure what location the o2 sensor is at and would appreciate if you would tell me steps on how to find it. The other code is for a battery temp sensor. I'm not sure what's wrong with it at all. Also my main concern is everytime it rains I've noticed that the passenger side floorboard gets soaked. My understanding on that is it goes in through the cowl and doesn't have anywhere to go so it goes into the blower motor and now the blower motor doesn't work when I try to turn on the ac or heat. Could you please try to help me fix this leak and find out why my ac/heat isn't working anymore. I have a 1 year old little girl so ac is important. Thanks for your time and I apologize for addressing all of these issues at once.

What about the blower motor? It doesn't even turn on. I've checked fuses and everything

odds are you need to clean leaves and debris out of the drain system that goes from the air intake vents through the bottom of the fenders where it drains at the bottom. And change the oxygen sensor that's before the cat, the one near the engine on the exhaust. pray it's just that.
