Hey Scotty I tried to research on how to ask you a question, so if I am doing this wrong please let me know. I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima brand new, it is loaded with everything, top of the line in its class. My car has just 15,000 miles on it because I do not drive it that much. The other day my heater was not blowing as hot and then it seemed like the air was not blowing that cold, so I brought it in to have it checked out. The dealer which was a Nissan dealer which is here in Phoenix, said it was some kind of box that was not opening up right to get to get the right temperature with heater and air conditioning. Since I bought the Extended Warranty, the dealer said it would be covered. The dealer said that they would need to car for a couple of days because they have to take the dash apart to get to the box. This would have cost us around $1700 dollars if I did not have the extended warranty. Now I am a little confused because I had the car for 3 years and only 15,000 on it and this happens. I am really learning by watching your videos, and I thank you very much for that. My question is: with your experience with cars, do you think I should trade my car in for a Toyota car? I am so happy that I bought the extended warranty that ends in 2021 when the car is paid off. What are your thoughts on this issue.

                                                                       John

Yes, Toyota. Nissan on par w/Toyota in 1980s for quality. In 2000 Nissan quality tanked after partnering w/Renault. Toyota has maintained its integrity and quality. You will find likely loopholes in that Warranty through time --even more incentive to get into a Toyota.
