I would want actual proof that the mileage is real. I find it hard to believe. But if it sat a lot during its life, check all rubber parts including brake hoses and all rubber belts, hoses, and seals for cracks and leaks

Car's interior and whom I'm buying it from does match the mileage. It hasn't been daily driven in some time so some rubbers bisdes the seals might have dried out.
