Hey scotty i have a 1995 chevy Cheyenne with a 3/4 ton 8 cylinder engine and a manual transmission.. My problem is on a hot day and the engine warms up it gets difficult to shift. It shifts fine when its cold out. What seems to be the problem.
Ok thanks i will check that and we replaced only the clutch pad.
Was the whole assembly replaced or just the disc? Also be sure the clutch release is working as it should, if hydraulic, have it inspected for leaks, and the slave inspected for proper travel. If a cable, have it checked for wear and stretch. Then be sure the trans oil level is full and not filled with metal filings (worn trans synchros).
We replaced the clutch about 3-4 year ago
This will be the 2nd clutch assembly if i get a new assembly is there anything else that would cause it
