Hey Scotty,i had just got my 1993 plymouth colt gl 1.8l to start and when i started it it would stay on for a while and cut off and it would sound really rough. although it has a empty tank. but i was thinking that the fuel pump pressure might be low. but any ways i have a code 12, 13, and 25 and i've looked and can't find the meaning of these codes. i was wondering if u might be able to help.

Then I'm working on my grandfather's car and he has a 1997 buick lesabre custom 3.8l and he had codes P0118, P0300, P1406 (buick), and a pending code of P0135. I just resolved the P0118 code i put a new Coolant temp sensor in cause it was broken and it is pending now, but i'm having trouble with the P0300 and P1406.

(P1406) Right now i just cleaned the EGR really well and all i need to do is go in and buy a gasket but would that fix that code.
...............................................................................................................................................................
(P0300) I had just taken the spark plugs out and measured the gap and they were .060 of an inch. we should be going to get new ones shortly. but if that doesn't work, i would have to move onto the intake right? If yes would that be around were the engine air filter is because on your vid it looked like you were spraying carb cleaner on something else.

@ScottyKilmer I just did a compression check on the buick and for cylinder 1 i got 150, cylinder 5 i got 160, cylinder 3 i got 165, cylinder 4 i got 160, cylinder 2 i got 160, cylinder 6 i got 165. Is the compression on this car good or no?

do check the intake manifold on the buick and realize cleaning often does not fix those electronic egr valves they often need replacing. As for the colt, 12 is evap cannister code, 13 is injector 3 malfunction, and 25 is map sensor high output. Good luck on that old thing
