Hey Scotty I got a 1989 Oldsmobile 98 Regency and in my serpentine belt area has a high-pitched squeaking noise and I don't know where it's coming from I had replaced the alternator and the water pump but I'm not for sure where it's coming from please help

I'm having misfiring problems when I turn my car on when I drive it for a while the car kicks into gear I guess and it runs fine but when I stop some times it misfires again im not sure what wrong please help

I took it to a mechanic they told me the belt if the Belt is dry can it also squeak I put belt dressing on it to make it stop and it didn't seem to work

well, remove the fan belts and run it to make sure it's a belt problem. If so, use all new belts and if they still do it, figure out which pulley is making the noise using any noise detector like a stethesope
