Hey Scotty! Hope you're doing well. I have a Subaru Legacy 2005 with about 530k kms on it. It's an automatic. Recently I've changed the spark plugs on my car (I've bought the spark plugs from a Subaru dealership and not from an aftermarket company manufacturer) and as soon as I've changed them, the car started idling at a low 500 rpm. The spark plugs are the exact same as mentioned in the car manual (BKR 5E - 11). I hadn't touched anything else until that point. About 2 days later, I tried to check the spark plugs and while doing so, the #2 coil wire got ripped so I replaced the ONLY one faulty/ripped spark plug wire with the one I got from a scrapyard. The wires are identical and have no visual difference with any other wire. Even that didn't help. I thought maybe my throttle body needs cleaning so I cleaned that too. It helped a little because before I cleaned it, the car used to shut off while I was driving down the road and released the accelerator and especially when the AC was switched on. It happened mostly at times when the road was bumpy or if I went over any bumps on the road or off road. So after cleaning the throttle body, it stopped shutting off but the car is still idling at 500 rpms. The normal idle rpms when I bought it were higher at about 800-1000 rpms and a bit higher if the AC was switched on. It's my first car and I'm really frustrated at this point. Please help. Thank you.

First replace all wires with new ones
