Hey Scotty, firstly congrats on the 200 million views. My girlfriend has a 2011 Chevy Equinox LS with the 2.4 liter engine. It has 106,000 miles on it. She had a engine light on with a code of P0420 (low catalytic converter efficiency bank 1). did some research and found out there was a recall or "special coverage" according to GMC. Dealership replaced the the converter (Bank 1) for free. Im assuming it failed due to high carbon build up since there is a code now for the heated o2 sensor under it. Would be it be safe to start doing fuel system treatments, engine oil flushes, and air induction cleanings now? or will it clog up the converter again? Your thoughts?
