Hey Scotty, first off I want to say I love your videos and thank you for helping millions of people with their car problems. So I have a 2006 mustang 4.0L v6 which is my first car. My dad bought it for my birthday so I could take it to school and get to places I need to go. Without that car I feel like things just aren't right. I love working on cars and love that mustang very much but I recently couldn't get the car started and it just cranks. I've replaced many things on the car and my dad and I have worked on it for hours but he recently got surgery so is unable to help. I called a mechanic to check the car out after not being able to diagnose what the problem was in my car. He said it is most likely an engine problem where the valves were bent due to a timing problem. I haven't checked the timing belt or anything but I don't think he's lying about it being that issue. I live about 5 hours away from Houston and would be willing to tow or take the car in a Uhaul to you if you're willing to help me out. I think it could make for a great video and it would definitely mean A LOT to me if you could help me get on the road again. Thank you for your time Scotty and I hope you have a great day.

The Ford 4.0 Cologne V6 doesn’t have a timing belt. It has a timing chain.

4.0 v6 s197 mustang does not have timing belt it is chain driven one in front and rear of ebgineonly way that a valve could be bent is if water was sucked into engine or engine was not rebuilt properally start with this video first. https://youtu.be/064Ilsz8Fzg
