Hey Scotty, 1995 Toyota Celica back again. This time it wont start, it wont even crank. We've replaced the starter and battery, also tested the cable connections for power. We cleaned the battery connectors as well. Right before the car died we had just replaced the air filter and thermostat as well as it's cable connection. We also cleaned the throttle body. There's gotta be something i'm missing here, any ideas as to what might be causing this?

check the ignition switch. And do it by hot wiring the car from the battery directly to the starter solenoid small wire. If it cranks then, switch or power from it is bad, like neutral safety switch. If it doesn't crank, PRAY the engine is no locked up
