Help please!!!! I have a 08 Jeep commander with the generation 2 4.7 with 81k on it. Had a cylinder 3 misfire so I went ahead and changed all 8 plugs and coils. Needless to say it’s still there. The old plugs looked like it’s running lean. Where do I go next was thinking mass air flow first then O2. Any other ideas?

All the scan tool says is cylinder 3 misfire. I was looking at the o2 sensors and side one jumps around from .01v to .99v and side 2 stays put at around at about .65v is bank 1 bad? I was also thinking stuck or bad injector in cylinder 3

Why guess at it when you should OBDII scan it?

Could be as simple as a vacuum leak. Watch Scotty's video "How to find vacuum leaks with a cigar" then proceed further!
