HELP ME SCOTTY !! I have a serious problem that I need your expertise with. My 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L v6 AWD developed a noise from the right side wheel area. I found out that the Half axle had separated from the transmission spindle and was apparently making noises as I turned . I had replaced both cv axle half axles last year and I've already replaced the driver's side again because I thought the noise was coming from the driver's side. The problem is that the existing axle will not stay on the spindle no matter what I do to it. I"ve purchased a new half axle and I've found out that the new half axle does the same thing as I cannot make it snap into the spindle. I"ve replaced the c ring on the transmission spindle and have pushed on the axle and hit it slightly with a hammer and it still won't snap in. It there something that I can do to solve this dilemma ? Thanks you'd be saving me from pulling my hair out of my head. And I don't have much there to pull. Thanks
