I have a misfire, it's not the Spark plugs, its not the coil, Whats my next step?

I have a ford Focus 1.6 liter ecoboost engine. i was driving along and i had a sudden loss in power, a slight burning smell that was only temporary, and heavy vibration. upon further investigation and a bit of trial and error i've discovered that cylinder 1 is failing combustion.

At first i thought "great well this should be an easy fix" now i'm realizing that i spoke too soon!! i tested the ignition coil in another cylinder which work fine, so its not the coil. I went one step further and switched the spark Plugs around with another cylinder and once again cylinder 1 was still misfiring!!!

Whats my next step??

Fuel Injection, Fuel pump rail, do i need to get the cylinder compression tested?

PLEASE HELP ME!

do a wet and dry compression test of all cylinders, if one is low, engine needs rebuilding

Yeah I have done, and switches them around to other cylinders to see if this would identify the spark plug being faulty. But Every time it was a misfire from cylinder 1(far left)
