Hello Mr Kilmer, great to have your show every week. This time, I would like to have your advice on normal engine oil and high milage engine oil. Is there any benefit for me to use high milage oil instead of normal engine oil ? My car is the old camry 1994 with manual transmission and has 350k miles on its odometer. I am using Premium Conventional oil of Vavoline with the viscosity 5W30. Would it be possible to use Valvoline Fully Synthetic High Milage oil and change it every 7000 miles ?
Finally, would you mind to give your opinion for oil additives for anti-frition of Liqui Moly (20002) Cera Tec Friction Modifier - 300 ml and Liqui Moly 2009 Anti-Friction Oil Treatment - 300 ml.
Many Thanks and merry Christmas.

keep using what you've been using and Do not change the oil less frequently. I would not use any of those additives but would use lucas oil additive

Many thanks. Actually, I bought your book on buying an old car and jump straight into maintenance part :)) as the new car driver, I am happy to receive your advice of changing engine oil for 3k miles from now on with conventional oil for my car. But can you also tell me a bit more about high milage oil and high milage oil filter ? And in which case it would be useful.
