Hello. I've been watching some of your videos and I'm very impressed with your knowledge. I have a 2001 Lexus RX300 V6. The valve cover gaskets are leaking. This is one of those very expensive jobs and would like to avoid it if possible. Is there a good engine stop leak additive that might fix this problem. The leak is not bad, but is messing up the bottom of the engine. It doesn't leave much oil on the ground yet. Other cars that I have owned have all been RWD and getting to the bolts were fairly easy and I would tighten them down until that no longer worked. I don't think you can reach these bolts without taking the engine all apart. Thank you.

no leak sealer stops valve cover gasket leaks, ONLY valve oil SEAL leaks. You will have to take it apaart, but i've done so many last one only took me a couple of hours. the hard part is getting the back intake stay bolt off on the passenger back side by the firewall. Use one of those flexible gear wrenches with the swiveling head, and it becomes an easy job then.

I did my valve cover gaskets and had to remove intake manifold (replace intake gasket and torque to spec) to access the back cover but wasn't to hard to do.
